Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Experience providing speech and language services within a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for empowering students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable, attainable goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to support student communication, language, and social skills
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
