Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Indiana
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience is advantageous, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, educators, and families
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational growth and participate in IEP meetings
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide reports as required
• Offer guidance and support to teachers, staff, and parents regarding strategies to facilitate communication in the classroom
• Participate in professional development activities to maintain best practices
