Empower students to reach their full communicative potential in a dynamic school-based setting for the 26/27 academic year. This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is experienced and passionate about working with children and collaborating with educational teams. This flexible role welcomes both part-time and full-time candidates and will be shared between two close-knit school communities, with three days per week at a central elementary site and two days with preschool-aged children.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred, particularly in elementary and preschool populations
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered support programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students as referred
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Deliver direct therapy utilizing evidence-based strategies for both elementary and preschool-aged children
  • Formulate IEP goals and attend meetings as a collaborative team member
  • Provide consultative support and training to teachers, staff, and families
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Split time effectively between two school sites, maintaining clear communication and coordination
