Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Indiana
  • CCC-SLP or working toward completion of CFY
  • Previous experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare
  • Knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and goal setting
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to students based on IEPs
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Engage with families and staff to support generalization of skills
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adapt services and materials for both in-person and virtual settings if needed
