Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Bel Air, MD

Seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to collaborate with a dedicated school-based team in a public school setting near Bel Air, MD. This onsite, contract opportunity offers the chance to provide meaningful therapy services to students, helping them grow and thrive in both academic and social settings. Qualifications:

• Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for at least 1 year
• Active professional SLP license
• At least 1 year of Individualized Education Program (IEP) experience required
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
• Experience with school-aged pediatric populations, with a focus on collaborative and student-centered interventions
• Self-motivated, positive, and driven to make a difference in student lives
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology; able to complete digital paperwork, use email efficiently, and troubleshoot basic tech needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services onsite to diverse student caseloads
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that IEP goals and state standards are met
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and report progress to both families and staff as needed
• Engage collaboratively with teachers, other therapists, families, and support staff to optimize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for each student
