Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Bel Air, MD

As a key member of a collaborative team, you will deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students. Full-time contract hours are available, with the expectation of at least 10 hours of availability per week. Required Credentials and Experience

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), held for at least one year
• Current, active professional license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with IEPs in a school setting
• Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school-aged populations
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Technologically proficient, capable of learning new educational software and digital documentation platforms

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering direct speech-language therapy in a school-based setting
• Conducting assessments, creating reports, and developing IEP goals
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Maintaining accurate digital records and timely documentation
