Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to help students from PreK through 12th grade reach their communication potential in an engaging educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or eligible New Mexico SLP license
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates
  • Prior experience providing SLP services within a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and interventions to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Assess, diagnose, and craft individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct evaluations, write progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with educators and specialists to ensure student success across learning environments
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
  • Provide support, consultation, and education to families and school staff
