Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Washington
- Previous school-based experience preferred; early childhood focus is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, on-site speech and language therapy to young students, supporting their social and academic growth
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with varied communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement effective strategies within the classroom and at home
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary team activities
