Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Washington
  • Previous school-based experience preferred; early childhood focus is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, on-site speech and language therapy to young students, supporting their social and academic growth

  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary team activities
