Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Belfair, WA | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Belfair, Washington during the 2026–2027 school year. This position will primarily support Developmental Preschool, along with itinerant services, Child Find evaluations, and potentially Transition to Kindergarten services depending on caseload needs.

Position Details:

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 2026–2027 School Year
- Staff hours: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Student day: 9:10 AM – 4:00 PM
- Developmental Preschool
- No Developmental Preschool students on Wednesdays

- Potential Transition to Kindergarten support based on caseload numbers

Responsibilities:

- Provide speech and language services to students based on their individual needs and IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and participate in evaluation results meetings.
- Develop, implement, and maintain student IEPs.
- Participate in Child Find evaluations to help identify students who may require special education services.
- Provide itinerant speech-language services as assigned.
- Potentially support students transitioning into Kindergarten depending on caseload needs.
- Complete evaluation meetings and IEP-related responsibilities before and after the student day as needed.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible Washington SLP licensure and required school-based credentialing
- Experience with preschool or early childhood populations preferred
- Experience with evaluations, IEPs, and Child Find services preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
