Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to students with a diverse range of needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Provide direct and consultative services, including RTI/MTSS support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development
