Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to students with a diverse range of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative services, including RTI/MTSS support as needed
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development
