Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current SLP certification and licensure
• Previous experience in schools, preferably across multiple sites (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt speech/language interventions for various grade levels and student needs
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct treatment for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate with teachers, families, and other service providers for holistic student support
• Supervise or mentor as needed under the guidance of provided supervision
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
