Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or eligibility in West Virginia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a passion for collaboration
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students of varied ages
- Develop tailored intervention plans and track student progress
- Participate in district-wide team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure best outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
