School Speech Language Pathologist - Bellefontaine, Ohio

Make a difference in students’ lives as a Part Time Speech-Language Pathologist working two days per week in an elementary and general education classroom setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide vital support to students’ communication and language development in a welcoming, collaborative environment near Bellefontaine, OH.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license in the state of Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students in general education classrooms
• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student learning and integration
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
• Present evaluations, progress reports, and recommendations to staff (including Savannah and Jordan) during meetings
• Engage with families to promote carryover of speech-language goals at home
• Attend meetings and participate in team consultations as needed
