Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with students in grades K-12 (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12)
• Strong understanding of educational IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to various age groups and individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech and language therapy for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor student progress; maintain accurate records and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding therapy goals and outcomes
• Provide strategies and support to staff for best practices in communication within the classroom setting
• Stay current on evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology for school environments
