Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ongoing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience delivering speech services to students in grades K-12 is preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to a diverse range of learning and communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language needs for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target specific communication goals
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language services within the school setting
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and generate required reports per district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, resource staff, and parents to optimize student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for student services
