Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric care, teletherapy, or school-based settings highly regarded
• Familiarity with AAC devices and managing behavioral needs preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Provide direct intervention and monitor student progress
• Document services, maintain compliance with school and legal requirements
• Support students in virtual or in-person settings, as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create optimal learning environments
