Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric care, teletherapy, or school-based settings highly regarded
- Familiarity with AAC devices and managing behavioral needs preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Provide direct intervention and monitor student progress
- Document services, maintain compliance with school and legal requirements
- Support students in virtual or in-person settings, as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create optimal learning environments
