Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services to students—primarily elementary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
  • Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to families and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
