Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly elementary-aged children
  • Previous school-based or teletherapy SLP work highly valued
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adapting interventions as needed
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
