Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly elementary-aged children
- Previous school-based or teletherapy SLP work highly valued
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adapting interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
