Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bellevue, MI

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP license in Michigan, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required.
• Experience working in school-based settings, especially with PreK or Kindergarten populations, strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams.
• Familiarity with delivering therapy and assessments both onsite and through hybrid settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to PreK and Kindergarten students, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to promote generalization of skills throughout the school day.
• Lead group and individual therapy sessions in an engaging and nurturing manner.
• Assist in classroom-based initiatives and professional development as related to speech and language supports.
• Maintain compliance with school district and state SPED policies and timelines.
