School Speech Language Pathologist - Bellevue, Michigan

Seeking a highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services for a vibrant educational community working primarily with early childhood students through PreK-12th grade. This full-time contract opportunity involves serving diverse learners in a supportive and collaborative environment near Bellevue, MI, with a focus on fostering communication skills and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan (MI) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in early childhood settings
• Ability to provide evidence-based therapy and assessments tailored to student needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and supervisory staff
• If applying as a Clinical Fellow (CF), a supervisor must be secured in advance
• Commitment to onsite, in-person services (virtual/remote options not available for this role)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in PreK-12th grade, with emphasis on early childhood
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
• Adapt strategies to accommodate individual learning styles and communication needs
