Qualifications:

• Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and goal development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized plans to address a range of speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions based on students’ goals
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress to inform ongoing planning and compliance
