Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop student-specific intervention plans and goals
• Comfortable with a varied caseload across grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred by teachers or parents
• Develop IEP goals and provide direct therapy services based on student needs
• Collaborate with school teams, families, and other specialists to enhance student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and student records
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student programs
• Support classroom teachers with recommendations and resources
• Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive student outcomes
