Your impact will be valued as you facilitate progress for approximately 50 students, ensuring each receives the guidance needed for effective speech and language development. You’ll work full-time (37.5–40 hours per week) following the academic calendar, from August 20, 2026, to May 27, 2027, providing ample time to see your students grow and achieve their goals.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of valid licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Proven experience or training in school settings, supporting diverse student populations
- Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Willingness to adapt to different caseloads and age groups
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services, both individually and in groups
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and session documentation
- Provide guidance to teachers and families on effective communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and school team conferences
