A rewarding opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a contract role in the Mansfield city area, supporting elementary students during the upcoming school year. This position is ideal for dedicated professionals passionate about fostering student communication and language skills within an engaging educational environment.

A total of two full-time SLPs are needed to serve in elementary settings for the duration of the school year, running from August 17 through June 3. Hours are structured at 37.5 each week, with one location operating 7:30 AM to 2:50 PM and another from 8:20 AM to 3:50 PM.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience providing SLP services in a school setting
  • Competence in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing individualized therapy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Conducting screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Developing and implementing student-centered treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborating with educational teams to support student success
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
  • Participating in parent meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
