Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Completion of an accredited master's program in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans
  • Comfortable providing services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
  • Clear communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and deliver targeted interventions to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with school staff to create and implement customized treatment plans
  • Write comprehensive reports, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide therapy sessions individually and in small groups, adapting to in-person or teletherapy as needed
  • Offer guidance and resources for families and educators to foster skill development beyond the therapy setting
