Desired Skills & Experience:
- Completion of an accredited master's program in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans
- Comfortable providing services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Clear communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver targeted interventions to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with school staff to create and implement customized treatment plans
- Write comprehensive reports, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide therapy sessions individually and in small groups, adapting to in-person or teletherapy as needed
- Offer guidance and resources for families and educators to foster skill development beyond the therapy setting
