This position starts at part-time (.5 FTE) and transitions to full-time (1.0 FTE) from November 9th through April 26th, with the potential for continued needs at the end of the school year. You’ll work onsite, collaborating directly with staff and students to make a meaningful difference every day.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington with CCC designation
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP process, assessments, and direct therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Adaptable and proactive, committed to evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapies to a diverse student population
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support personnel to maximize student progress
  • Offer guidance and training to classroom staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with school and state guidelines
