Speech Language Pathologist in Bellingham, WA

Primary responsibilities include delivering speech-language therapy services under the supervision of experienced onsite SLPs. You’ll work directly with students, implementing evidence-based interventions, documenting progress, and contributing to individualized education plans. The position offers flexibility in scheduling—choose the days that fit your life, working 15 hours per week, with immediate or January start options available through the end of the school year.

Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license required
• Background in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in supporting SLP services, including therapy implementation and progress tracking
• Familiarity with CCC supervision standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, educators, and families
• Passion for making a positive impact on students’ development

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language interventions to students as outlined by supervising SLPs
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
