Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP-CCC certification.
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP.
- Previous school-based experience is highly valued, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Develop and carry out therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and success.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
