Speech Language Pathologist in Bellville, TX

Step into a pivotal role making a difference in students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a full-time, school-based contract opportunity. Work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, providing critical speech and language services to a diverse student population from now through the end of May.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold licensure or certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for a wide range of speech and language disorders.
• Skilled at collaborating with teachers, administration, and families.
• Strong documentation skills; able to complete IEPs, progress notes, and reports per established guidelines.
• Compassionate, flexible, and organized; able to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare IEP documentation, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings.
• Provide support for generalization of communication skills within and beyond the classroom environment.
