Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous experience delivering individualized and group speech/language therapy in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Design and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and school administrators
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to families to support students’ communication at home
- Participate in professional development as needed to stay current with best practices
