Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA CCC certification preferred
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create and implement IEPs for students of varying abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student progress
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications
• Offer direct and consultative services for students with a range of communication challenges
