Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state license (or eligibility) as an SLP in Montana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong Clinical Fellows
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
  • Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
