Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Holds (or eligible for) SLP-CCC or is during Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Licensed or able to obtain licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school-based settings
- Strong background in providing services for PreK-2nd grade, with flexibility to support middle school students as needed
- Collaborative, communicative, and compassionate approach in working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and provide both individual and group therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned caseload, focusing on early elementary and some middle school students
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and provide progress monitoring
- Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Partner with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting
- Engage with families and caregivers to support student progress at home and in school
