We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for an on-site opportunity—full or part time—working with a district known for its strong commitment to student services and staff support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while advancing your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Texas state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
  • School-based SLP experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapy to students with a range of communication needs
  • Write IEPs, maintain documentation, and contribute to ARD/IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Adapt intervention approaches to meet individual student needs
  • Potential to tailor caseload age groups based on preferences discussed during the interview
