Whether you are an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you will find a supportive environment with robust supervision.

Opportunities are available in two unique settings:

  • A district-wide SLP role in Bartlett, working with around 40 students including an elementary life skills caseload and general education speech services for middle and high schoolers.
  • A full-time district-wide SLP position in Troy, serving a predominantly general education population.

Desired Background and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligibility for ASHA CCC or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship (CFs welcome)
  • Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
  • Passion for engaging with students of diverse needs in educational environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in educational settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support advocacy for students’ communication needs
