Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in central Texas. Two immediate openings are available: one serving the entire district and a focused caseload in Bartlett, and one covering the district in Troy with a primarily general education student population.

In Bartlett, you’ll deliver services to approximately 40 students, working closely with both elementary life skills groups and middle/high school general education speech caseloads. The Troy assignment offers a full-time schedule, working with a broad range of general education students across the district. Both districts are dedicated to helping SLPs excel, welcoming Clinical Fellows (CFs) and offering robust supervision and mentorship to support your growth.

What You Bring:

  • Active SLP license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current CF
  • Experience with pediatric populations (schools or healthcare setting preferred)

  • Flexibility and adaptability to varied school environments

In This Role, You Will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned students
  • Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Develop and implement engaging therapy plans and monitor student progress
  • Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Provide direct and consultative services tailored to each student’s needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations
