Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Previous work within school or healthcare-based SLP roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on communication goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers and parents to support carryover of strategies and generalization of skills in classrooms and at home
