Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Illinois licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
  • Experience (or strong interest) in school-based SLP services preferred
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative outlook
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage in professional development, process improvement, and peer discussions
