Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Illinois licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Experience (or strong interest) in school-based SLP services preferred
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative outlook
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in professional development, process improvement, and peer discussions
