A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Bennington, NE, providing contract coverage from January through March. This position offers a K-12 caseload within a school setting, perfect for candidates with a passion for pediatric speech-language services and school-based therapy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Licensed to practice as an SLP in Nebraska
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy and school environments

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Provide direct speech therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
