Essential Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
• Organizational abilities to manage varying caseloads and documentation deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to determine student eligibility and present levels of performance.
• Develop, document, and implement individualized intervention plans focused on speech, language, and communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and updates.
• Offer guidance to educators, staff, and parents to support student generalization of communication skills in the classroom and school community.
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
