This part-time contract role offers up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing you to tailor your schedule and focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with educators and families

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Integrate evidence-based interventions to foster student progress
  • Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and family members to promote student success
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
