Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with educators and families
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
- Integrate evidence-based interventions to foster student progress
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and family members to promote student success
- Monitor, document, and report student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
