Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Strong knowledge base in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a variety of communication disorders
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for documentation and collaboration with families and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including engaging therapy sessions across a diverse caseload
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and families to support student progress
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices related to pediatric speech-language pathology and teletherapy
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
