This rewarding full-time contract position seeks two energetic Speech-Language Pathologists to serve a caseload of approximately 35-40 children. With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am to 3:30pm, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive school community, all at a single, well-resourced location.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Required: Experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Collaborative approach with a commitment to positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to K–8 students
  • Assess and document student progress, maintaining compliance with IEP goals and state requirements
  • Conduct AAC evaluations and integrate device use into therapy and classroom routines
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize student access to curriculum
  • Provide guidance and education on speech and language development
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to enhance student plans
