Your expertise as an SLP with CCC credentials will be valued as you collaborate with educators, families, and support staff, making a difference across multiple campuses. With approximately 20 hours a week, you’ll have the flexibility to focus on high-quality interventions and individualized student care.
Ideal Background and Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in a school-based setting, supporting students from early childhood (PreK) to high school
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple sites with effective time management
- Strong communication, advocacy, and collaborative skills
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and student-centered best practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver direct therapy to students with communication needs
- Collaborate with general and special education teams to support academic and social development
- Engage families in the therapeutic process and maintain regular communication regarding progress
- Manage documentation, compliance, and case notes in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Serve multiple school buildings, adapting to diverse settings and age groups as needed
