A unique opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support a small school district in Benson, AZ. This contract position offers the chance to work across multiple buildings serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade, providing vital speech and language services throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy and support to students across various grade levels, ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services while complying with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
