Step into a rewarding remote contract opportunity in Minnesota, working with students from PreK through 12th grade. This virtual position calls for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders while creating individualized communication plans to foster academic and social success. The role is both flexible and impactful, with full-time and part-time openings available for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
  • At least 2 years of previous school-based SLP experience
  • Experience with pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms and basic technology proficiency
  • Ability to pass technical screening and internet speed test
  • Annual liability insurance coverage of at least 500K/500K

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Provide direct and indirect teletherapy services to students
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other educational team members
  • Document and track progress, updating IEPs and adapting strategies as students grow
  • Engage with a network of other virtual specialists and advisors for support and best practices
