Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid or pending Minnesota SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting
- Experience with pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessments, interventions, and IEP development
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology use (webcam, computer)
- Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
- Annual professional liability insurance (minimum coverage: 500K/500K)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
- Open to working with SLPAs and guiding Clinical Fellows (CFY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school professionals
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-centered environment
