Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for Arkansas SLP license
- SLP-CCC or CFY welcome to apply
- Experience with school-based therapy, pediatric populations, and IEP documentation
- Strong teletherapy skills are a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse pediatric caseload
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in both in-person and virtual formats
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
