Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for Arkansas SLP license
  • SLP-CCC or CFY welcome to apply
  • Experience with school-based therapy, pediatric populations, and IEP documentation
  • Strong teletherapy skills are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse pediatric caseload
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services in both in-person and virtual formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
