This full-time assignment follows a flexible four-day workweek and covers the upcoming 24/25 school year.

Ideal candidates will bring a passion for fostering student growth, along with the expertise required to serve a caseload of 35-45 students. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, playing a pivotal part in shaping positive outcomes for teens at this crucial stage of their development.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school settings
  • Previous experience working with adolescent or school-aged populations preferred
  • Ability to tailor interventions and communication with compassion and creativity
  • Strong team collaboration skills and familiarity with IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for primarily 9th-grade students
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and other support personnel
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
