This full-time position (four days per week) focuses primarily on serving a 9th-grade student population, managing a dynamic and manageable caseload of 35-45 students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior experience working in schools or with adolescent populations is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families effectively
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy interventions to individual needs
• Commitment to supporting academic and social success through speech and language services

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs for students within the caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals and developmental level
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individual and group based, primarily to 9th-grade students
• Document progress, provide regular updates, and participate in IEP meetings with staff and families
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and support staff to integrate speech-language support into the school environment
