Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active state license to practice as an SLP in California, or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and meet students’ diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of progress, treatment, and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Educate school staff about speech and language disorders, as needed
