Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Berkeley, CA

You’ll enjoy a manageable caseload, working with up to 65 students if choosing a full-time schedule. Assignments will take place at just one or two school locations, allowing you to form meaningful connections with staff, students, and families without daily travel across a large district.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for immediate licensure)
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
• Strong commitment to collaborative, child-focused assessment and intervention

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other therapists
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and progress reviews
