You’ll enjoy a manageable caseload, working with up to 65 students if choosing a full-time schedule. Assignments will take place at just one or two school locations, allowing you to form meaningful connections with staff, students, and families without daily travel across a large district.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for immediate licensure)
- Experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
- Strong commitment to collaborative, child-focused assessment and intervention
Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct speech/language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other therapists
- Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and progress reviews
