Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC credential (clinical fellows and SLPAs are encouraged to apply)
• California state licensure or eligibility
• Experience or interest in working in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with a range of communication disorders

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with general and special education staff, as well as families
• Maintain appropriate documentation and participate in meetings as required
• Adapt therapy methods and materials to support diverse student populations
• Support school-wide communication initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team
