Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • California state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in completing case management responsibilities
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Reliable, collaborative, and committed to student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in-person
  • Manage a caseload, including evaluations, IEP development, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and parents
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with all documentation requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each student
