Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active California state SLP licensure or eligibility
• Previous experience delivering SLP services within a school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
• Commitment to professionalism and maintaining student confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and ensure appropriate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
• Manage and maintain assigned cases with consistency and reliability
• Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and adjust interventions as necessary
• Support inclusive learning by fostering effective communication strategies within the classroom
