Skills and Experience:
- Current licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working within school-based settings preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Adept at delivering both individual and small group sessions, with compassion and creativity
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and related services to students onsite
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and document progress for a diverse caseload
- Engage with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize students' success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in developing intervention strategies
- Maintain thorough records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
