Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and active SLP-CCC certification
• Prior experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Ability to document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Comfort with caseload management in a diverse school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings for students referred for speech-language services
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy in individual or group settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster inclusive educational experiences
• Provide ongoing education and support to staff and families regarding communication strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and district guidelines
