Skills and Experience:

  • Current licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working within school-based settings preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Adept at delivering both individual and small group sessions, with compassion and creativity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and related services to students onsite
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and document progress for a diverse caseload
  • Engage with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize students' success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in developing intervention strategies
  • Maintain thorough records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
