Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active California SLP license with CTC certification required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with middle school students
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and collaborative skills
  • Motivated, self-directed, and passionate about making a difference onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services onsite two days per week (days are flexible)
  • Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert insights to support student growth
  • Stay current on best practices and ensure student confidentiality at all times
