Make a real difference in students’ lives by providing vital speech and language support in a dynamic school setting. Two contract opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, CCC) to cover maternity leaves in two full-time positions.

Position 1: August – End of September
Position 2: August – End of December

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California (or eligible)
  • Recent experience providing speech therapy in a school-based environment preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a full caseload and collaborate with educators and families

What You'll Do:

  • Assess and evaluate students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations as needed
