Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP-CCC or ability to complete Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong understanding of K-12 student needs and IEP process
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels (K-12)
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and write IEP goals in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and therapy sessions
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support academic success and social development
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate a diverse range of student backgrounds and abilities
