Pay for this role ranges between $55 and $65 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12
- Complete evaluations, develop goals, and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Engage in progress monitoring and data-driven decision making to adapt interventions as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
