Pay for this role ranges between $55 and $65 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is preferred but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12
  • Complete evaluations, develop goals, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Engage in progress monitoring and data-driven decision making to adapt interventions as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
