Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• SLP-CCC or strong CFY candidates welcome
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Comfortable completing assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool, private school, and nonpublic school students
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Write detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation for each case
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise related to speech and language development for preschool populations
