Make an immediate impact supporting preschoolers' communication growth by providing part-time speech-language services on a flexible contract basis. In this rewarding opportunity, you'll collaborate directly with young learners—and their families—to foster developmentally appropriate speech, language, and communication skills.

Ideal candidates bring expertise as an SLP-CCC or are rising talent pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY). This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse student community, including preschoolers, private school pupils, and nonpublic school students.

Skills & Experience Desired:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows considered
  • Strong background in pediatric and early childhood speech-language assessment and intervention
  • Knowledge of IDEA and experience with IEP processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility for a part-time, 0.5 commitment

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschoolers and students in private and nonpublic schools
  • Plan and implement targeted therapy based on individual goals, in group and one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and contribute to IEP development and meetings
  • Monitor, evaluate, and update treatment plans based on student progress

This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate between $55 and $75, allowing you to broaden your professional experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
